At cockcages.co.uk, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.

How can I cancel?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations due to our fully automated order processing system that ensures efficient express delivery.

Therefore, we kindly request you to choose carefully proceeding with your order.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in the UK (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you've missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day. We utilise various delivery carriers. All orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch. Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. 

Please note: Postal strikes, British weather and COVID19 can impact us and in some rare circumstances timeframes can exceed these. We always do our very best to get your new toys to your door as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

IMPORTANT: International shipping is sent DDU (deliver duty unpaid), this may cause delays meaning where a duty payment is required. We do not take responsibility for this. The courier will contact you on the details given at time of placing your order.
